Group Cycling: Offering the revolutionary Keiser M3, complete with an interactive computer display. This class provides an exciting athletic training program that integrates music, innovative sports training, guided imagery, visualization, and other motivational techniques to prepare the mind and body for ultimate performance. Cycling shoes optional. (SPD compatible pedals) (45minutes)
Super Cycle: For the more advanced riders, this class will follow the same format as the group cycling class, challenging the body for a full hour. (60 minutes)
Hard”CORE”: Tired of doing the same basic crunches and sit-ups? In this class we’ll lead you through a variety of exercises designed to work your entire core. The core is not just your tummy; the major muscles of the core reside in the area of the belly and the mid and lower back (not the shoulders), and include the hips and glutes. You’ll build muscles you never even knew you had, while developing core strength that will support you in a wide variety of activities. This class is a hard”CORE”, functional workout, with an extreme emphasis on abdominals and other movements recruiting the entire core. Remember core strength is the key to functional strength and a healthy back. (60 minutes)
Muscle Pump: IB Fitness’ own strength and conditioning workout for all fitness enthusiasts! This full body workout uses a combination of the unique “Troy Lite Weight System”, hand weights, Swiss balls, exercise bands, medicine balls and isometrics to build muscle strength and endurance. (60 minutes)
Silver Sneakers®: Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. (45 minutes)
F.A.S.T.Fitness: Flexibility, Agility, Strength, Training is a unique, cutting edge, innovative workout where your entire being is challenged and tested to find its peak physique. Whether its cardio, endurance, speed, agility or strength you’re looking for, we’ve got you covered and of course F.A.S.T. Fitness is as challenging as YOU want it to be. Various pieces of equipment are used to create this high-intensity, fun-filled and energetic class; such as krank cycles, kettelbells, battling ropes, indoor cycles, jump ropes, plyo boxes and more. You will have a ton of fun and experience a workout that will keep you coming back for more!
Yoga: An hour of relaxation, stress management, and stretching that will help you increase awareness and peace of mind. Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being, this workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The class will borrow from each instructor’s experience with Yoga and may incorporate poses from various Yoga styles. (60 minutes)
Power Yoga: This class is an intense practice that appeals to everyone and focuses solely on flow, movement, balance and intention. (90 minutes)
Pilates: With an emphasis on breath, core conditioning and body awareness, Pilates exercise is a highly effective and safe way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without stressing your joints. Performed on a mat, Pilates is a fitness regime for a lifetime. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, sport, rehab and life, Pilates exercises will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized and moving with ease. (60 minutes)
Senior Strength: Senior Strength is a fun class designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and strength for "ready to be active" or "already active" older adults. The class will emphasize cardiovascular endurance, functional strength, balance, and flexibility. Move, stretch, and strengthen your body using all the exercise equipment available. Senior Strength is a standing class with no chairs so participants must be able to be on their feet for a full hour. (45 minutes)
Combat Physical Training (CPT): Fitness with a punch. Designed and instructed by an American College of Sports Medicine Fitness Leader with 35 years combative arts experience. This class provides a workout that gets you in fighting shape by helping you reach your maximum potential in functional strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility. All of this while providing you with practical self defense techniques derived from both Eastern and Western traditions.
This is an excellent intro for self defense novices or can also be a superb addition to a well rounded cross training plan. A safe, effective and inspiring program designed for men and women of all fitness levels. (60 minutes)
