Group Cycling: Offering the revolutionary Keiser M3, complete with an interactive computer display. This class provides an exciting athletic training program that integrates music, innovative sports training, guided imagery, visualization, and other motivational techniques to prepare the mind and body for ultimate performance. Cycling shoes optional.
(SPD compatible pedals) (45minutes)

Super Cycle: For the more advanced riders, this class will follow the same format as the group cycling class, challenging the body for a full hour. (60 minutes)

Muscle Pump: IB Fitness’ own strength and conditioning workout for all fitness enthusiasts! This full body workout uses a combination of the unique “Troy Lite Weight System”, hand weights, Swiss balls, exercise bands, medicine balls and isometrics to build muscle strength and endurance. (60 minutes)

Silver Sneakers®: Have fun and move to music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. (60 minutes)

Yoga: An hour of relaxation, stress management, and stretching that will help you increase awareness and peace of mind. Designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being, this workout will help participants gain improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture. The class will borrow from each instructor’s experience with Yoga and may incorporate poses from various Yoga styles. (60 minutes)

Pilates: With an emphasis on breath, core conditioning and body awareness, Pilates exercise is a highly effective and safe way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without stressing your joints. Performed on a mat, Pilates is a fitness regime for a lifetime. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, sport, rehab and life, Pilates exercises will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized and moving with ease. (60 minutes)

Cardio Kickboxing: A combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts. This high-intensity class is designed to be a total body workout, incorporating punches and kicks as well as athletic drills. In addition to improving and maintaining cardiovascular fitness, cardio-kick boxing increases strength and flexibility, improves coordination and balance and sharpens reflexes. (60 minutes)

Abs Blast: Flat abs takes more than just crunches. We have designed a simple, time-efficient solution to give you the midsection you want with these ultimate ab-sculpting moves. Not only is it very comprehensive, but it has a great mix of old and new exercises - effectively sequenced - to keep the fat burning and muscles responding. If you're looking for results delivered in a fun new way, then you'll love this workout! (30 minutes)

Combat Physical Training (CPT): Fitness with a punch. Designed and instructed by an American College of Sports Medicine Fitness Leader with 35 years combative arts experience. Provides a workout that gets you in fighting shape by helping you reach your maximum potential in functional strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility. All of this while providing you with practical self defense techniques derived from both Eastern and Western traditions.
This is an excellent intro for self defense novices or can also be a superb addition to a well rounded cross training plan. Designed for men and women of all fitness levels this inspiring, safe, and effective program :

  • This systematic conditioning program combines proven exercises with state of the art sports training strategies to give you a workout that is truly battle ready!

    Realistic Self Defense(RSD): Criminals are looking for easy targets. Many times victims are unknowingly chosen for attack through a criminal "interview" process. Because the criminal's goal is immediate victory at little personal risk, he will select victims who appear safe to attack. This course will show you how your attitude and actions can convey that attacking you is not a safe bet. You will learn the stages of impending attack and the appropriate response to each. Most importantly you will learn how to recognize imminent criminal attacks prior to attack so that you can deter, detect, and defeat if no escape is possible.

    Based on one man's 35 year quest to find a self defense program or martial art that was designed for the "rest of us", this program is based on his belief that the best defense is to avoid the fight in the first place. However, it is also founded on the belief that each of us has a solemn obligation to protect ourselves and loved ones from criminal assault. When there is no other choice, we must possess the mental attitude backed up with the physical ability to defeat the threat. That in a nutshell is the "Reality" of Realistic Self Defense (RSD).
